                                                          ORDER

SRI.P.V.JAYARAJAN      : PRESIDENT

1.       This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. The first opposite party entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. The notice issued to the second opposite party was returned with endorsement “addressee left”. Hence the complainant was directed to take steps against second opposite party. As the complainant was continuously absent, this Commission issued a notice to the complainant to appear before this Commission on 11/10/2022 to further proceed with this complaint by taking steps against second opposite party. On 11/10/2022 the complainant was represented and not taken any steps. Hence the case was adjourned to this date for steps against second opposite party. When the case came up for consideration today, the complainant is absent and not taken any steps against second opposite party inspite of giving sufficient opportunities. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

In the result, complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open commission, this the 24th day of November 2022.
