This order is arising out of the MA being No. 17/2019 filed by the OP No. 1 in the C. C. No. 54/2015 with a prayer for substitution of the name of the direction of the OP No. 1.

It is stated by the OP No. 1 in the Application that the OP NO. 1 who appeared and filed written version is now not the Director of the said institution and the said institution is running by some other persons as per direction of Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta and all their address is ASTHA NURSING HOME, Hanuman-Charai, Barakar, PO: Barakar, PS: Kulti, District: Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. Therefore, prayer is made to change the name of the previous Director and implead/substitute the mentioned Directors in the application of Astha Nursing Home in this case as Op No. 1.

The copy of the said Application is received by the complainant. Ld. Counsel for the complainant raised no objection against the said Application. After hearing from the ld. Counsel for the OP No. 1, we are of the opinion that the said Application is very formal in nature and it will not change the nature and character of the complaint. So the prayer of the Op No. 1 for substitution of the name of the Director should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the M.A. being No. 17/2019 be and the same is allowed on contest without any cost.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
