“ASTHA CONSTRUCTION”, a Company situated Pratapbagan, 11 No. Lane Bankura, exercising the profession ‘LAND DEVELOPERS AND BUILDRING CONSTRUCTION’ enlisted under West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993, represented by its Sole Proprietor - Smt. Rajyashree Sengupta, W/O.- Mr. Gourab Sengupta, resident of Arabindanagar (North), P.O. & P.S.- Bankura, Dist.- Bankura, PIN- 722101, West Bengal.

FINAL ORDER/JUDGEMENT

Dt.19-11-2024

Both parties file hazira through Advocates.

As per previous order dated: 12/11/2024 both parties amicably settled the matter to the effect that the Complainant will purchase the Stall in question at a total consideration of Rs.20,50,000/- out of which Rs. 5 Lakh has already been paid as earnest money and the balance Rs.15,50,000/- will be paid within fifteen days from this date and immediately on payment of the entire consideration money the O.P./Builder will execute and register the Stall in question in favour of the Complainant and in the mean time O.P./Builder will carry out all the incomplete works of the Stall as per Agreement of sale  including Putty works.

The case is thus disposed of on settlement as above. Interim order dated: 03/10/2024 accordingly stands vacated. The O.P./Builder is directed to comply the terms of settlement within the time frame as above in default law will take its own course.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Order free of cost.
