Having heard learned counsel for complainant.  Upon perusal of contents of complaint, in view of C.P Act, 2019, since the complainant herein said to have been paid Rs.1,26,434/- towards medical service charges to the OPs.1 & 2, could have been filed before the District Commission.  It is to be noted herein that compensation sought at Rs.2 crores could not be considered for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction of Commission.  In such view, Commission returned the complaint to the complainant to present it before proper Commission.  Registrar is directed to return the complaint along with necessary documents to present it before proper Commission.
