            The case is posted today for hearing of the petition   . Advocate for complainant filed a withdrawal petition to withdraw the case. Advocate for O.P filed hazira . Adv. for complainant stated there in that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out side the court and the petitioner do not want to proceed with the case. Petition is heard and it is allowed. Accordingly the case is withdrawn on the basis of withdrawal petition filed by the complainant.
