1. Complainant prays for cancellation of the demand notice dated, 12-09-2007 and to declare that he is not liable to pay any further amount towards bond amount of minimum guarantee agreement. The matter was taken up in adalath for settlement. On 16-10-2009 opposite party filed memo along with a document. This document is a letter dated, 29-6-2009 from the Executive Engineer with regard to the dispute raised by the complainant herein. It was submitted by the counsel for opposite party that
opposite party is ready and willing to give exemption to complainant as course of settlement. Hence opposite party is directed to give exemption to complainant and allowed to settle the dispute as stated in the document dated, 29-6-2009. The counsel for complainant also amnenable for the same. Hence complaint disposed accordingly. There is no order as to costs or compensation.
