Order dt.31/01/1991 The complaint is allowed. The Opponent shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the complainant together with an interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from the date of deposit till date of realisation. He shall also pay a cost of Rs.250/- to the complainant and bear his own.
