After hearing the matter we are of the view that there is no consumer-service provider relationship between the complainant and opposite party. Complaint is not maintainable before the Forum. Hence complaint dismissed without going to the merit of the case. Complainant is at liberty to file complaint before the appropriate authority for the relief.
