The case record is put up before the Dist. Lok Adalat. The complainant is present. The C.S.F. Sri Janmenjaya Mishra is present. The learned counsel for the complainant is also present. The total arrear upto 31.05.2020 is Rs.82,127.49.

          In view of the settlement between the parties and one time settlement scheme floated by the electric Department  an amount of Rs.23,690.63 is to be given as rebate benefit and the complainant is agreed to pay the out standing dues amounting Rs.56,674 upto 31.05.2020.

          In view of such settlement, the case is closed.
