1. Order in W.P.C.No.26429/2006 dated, 31-10-2008 filed by complainant before the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala received in this Forum on 24-01-2009. Either side had not represented so far about pendency of the matter before High Court. As per this order it is directed that the matter has to be considered by the Executive Engineer upon the appeal filed by complainant. Hence this complaint dismissed.
