SRI. JIMMY KORAH (PRESIDENT) Filed on 17.03.2010 The case of the complainant is that he is the consumer of the opposite parties and on 6.7.2009 he has got a letter from opposite parties stating that he obtained water connection on the basis of fraudulent ownership certificate and the opposite parties disconnected the water connection on 13.7.2009. He alleged deficiency in service and hence the present complaint. 2. The case of the opposite parties is that complainant obtained the water connection on the basis of fraudulent document. 3. On the side of the complainant filed proof affidavit and opposite parties produced Exts.B1 to B5. 4. We gone through the pleadings, evidences and documents of the parties, it is clear that the connection is to newly built house of the complainant. There is no irregularity on the side of the complainant in the matter of application for water connection. There is deficiency in services on the part of the opposite parties. In the result, complaint is allowed and the opposite parties are directed to restore the water connection forthwith. No order as to costs.
