ORDER This is a complaint filed by the complainant stating that the opposite party has sent demand bill in respect of M.K. Rajan Agarbatti and complainant is nothing to do with said Rajan Agarbatti. It is the case of the complainant that opposite party has sent notice to his address. Therefore, he has requested that opposite party to be directed not to give him trouble. Notice issued to opposite party. Opposite party has put in appearance through advocate and defence version filed stating that complainant is making payment in respect of R.R. No. 4929-BM2-360 and the said meter is running. The complainant is regular in payment of water bill in respect of that meter. The other connection bearing R.R. No. 47091-BM2-367 was stopped for non-payment of arrears of water bill. The said meter stands in name of M.K. Rajan Agarabatti. Arguments are heard. On perusal of the defence version there is absolutely no dispute between the parties. The complainant is paying water bill regularly in respect of R.R.No. 4929-BM2-360 and this fact has been admitted by the opposite party. The complainant is nothing to do with R.R.No. 47091-BM2-367. This meter stands in the name of M.K. Rajan Agarabatti. Water connection was stopped to that meter. The opposite party is free to take any action for recovery of the amount against M.K. Rajan Agarbatti. The opposite party shall not issue any notice to the complainant in respect of the arrears of M.K. Rajan Agarbatti because complainant is nothing to do with M.K. Rajan Agarbatti. With this observation the complaint is liable to be disposed off. In the result complaint is disposed off. No order as to costs. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
