 Heard counsel for the petitioner.  The District Forum had allowed the complaint partly and the State Commission    modified the said order.  The petitioner/complainant had participated in the Revenue Adalat and entered into a settlement deed whereby the bill was reduced to half and the complainant agreed to pay the amount in 10 equally instalments.  In the light of the said settlement, we fail to understand as to how the complainant/petitioner can come to Consumer Fora.  Be that as it may,
  the State Commission has taken all the relevant facts into consideration and has modified the order.  We do not find any reason or justification to entertain this revision as we do not find any jurisdictional error, illegality or material irregularity in the order State Commission.  The revision is, accordingly, dismissed with no order as to costs.
