The complaint is for challenging the electricity bill issued by the opposite party dated 3.7.2018 for an amount of Rs.74003/-. Later on the complainant approached the opposite party and filed a letter stating that he is ready to remit the bill amount, which is the subject matter of the case and he informed the opposite party about his willingness to withdraw the case. In the light of the above letter and submission made by the counsels of both sides, the complaint closed as withdrawn.
