Today is fixed for hearing the petition dt. 29.12.2022 and passing order.

Complainant files hazira through Ld. Advocate. Ld. Advocate for the complainant did not press the petition dt. 29.12.2022 and as such the petition dt. 29.12.2022 is hereby rejected.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant, then, has filed a petition supported by an affidavit along with Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card praying for allowing the complainant to withdraw the complaint on the ground that there are so many formal defects in the complaint.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

Perused the petition and the case record.

Considered. The prayer is allowed.

Hence, it is

that the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complainant with a liberty to sue afresh within the period of limitation.

The case is hereby withdrawn and thus disposed of.
