This appeal has been filed against the judgment of the court below dated 19.12.2014. The contention of the court below is that complaint has been sent for settlement and respondents are ready to disconnect his electricity connection.

 

Heard the counsel for the appellant and perused the original order.

 

A bill has been raised to the appellant as earlier an amount of Rs.6332/- has been shown deposited wrongly which has been actually deposited by other consumer Ghanshyam Meena. When this mistake was found the correct entries have been done. Before the court below also the appellant could not show any receipt of deposit of Rs. 6332/- so also before this court.

 

Looking to the short dispute between the parties the court below has rightly ordered the parties to appear before the settlement committee and there could not found any fault in the order. Meanwhile it was the duty of the appellant to deposit

regular bills which has also been ordered by the court below. The complainant appellant has also been given liberty to raise issue again before the court if he is dissatisfied with the order of the settlement committee. Hence, there is no force in this appeal and appeal is liable to be dismissed.
