                    Smt. Nidhi, PRIP/ authorized representative on behalf of opposite party.

        This file is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat as matter has been compromised between parties. Statement of complainant as well as authorized representative of op recorded separately. Keeping in view the statement of both the parties, this complaint stands compromised. The OP undertook to refund postal charges to the sum of Rs.4405/- to the complainant within 45 days after filing of claim form by complainant and in case op fails to refund the said amount of Rs.4405/- to the complainant within above said stipulated period, then op shall be liable to pay compensation to the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant alongwith postal charges and order shall be executable. The present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised in view of separate statement of complainant. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
