            This application coming for hearing before this Forum on 13.11.09 the Forum delivered the following.
 
            As per the order of Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission the cost ordered is waived since cancelled by Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The order of Lower Forum is restraining of respondents from taking any coercive steps including disconnection against the consumer in pursuance of the impugned notice. Complainant submitted that he is enjoying connection and no coercive steps taken against him. Offenders’ Counsel submitted that they have no intention to take any coercive action against the petitioner. They submitted that the matter is settled and E.A. closed.
 

             Pronounced in the open Forum, this the 13th day of November 2009.
