Today that is on 11-12-21 petition has been filed on behalf of complainant with a prayer to withdraw this case it has been submitted that the complainant has already filed writ petition before Hon’ble  High Court Patna, therefore he wants to withdraw this case.

          Perused the record.

It appears that the record is fixed for hearing on admission since, the complainant has already filed petition before Hon’ble Court hence the prayer is allowed.

          As a result this complaint case is dismissed as withdrawn.
