       This complaint is coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri.P.Siva Sudarshan, Advocate for complainant and opposite party No.1  In-Person (K.Siva Rami Reddy) and opposite party No.2 called absent and set exparte and upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.

          The counsel for complainant filed a memo to permit him to withdraw the complaint and permitted.  Hence complaint is closed as withdrawn but without costs.  These orders are not going to take away the right of the opposite party to recover the amount from the complaint if any amount is paid in excess according to law.
