Order No. 03, Dated: 31.07.2018

Today is fixed for S/R and appearance in respect of the O.Ps.

Complainant is present by filing hazira through the ld. Advocate. Today one Abdul Khalique Ansari appears on behalf of O.P. No.1, who is Enforcement Officer/P.F. Inspector of OP-1 and files a petition stating that the claim of the complainant received by the O.P. No.1 is settled by the Office on 17.07.2018 and an amount of Rs.37.548/- towards of payment of P.F. and an amount of Rs. 11,450/- towards payment of Pension Contribution was sent through NEFT to his Bank Account No.0832010108129 maintained with UBI, Demomain Colliery Branch vide Cheuqe No.382721 dated 17.07.2018 and prays to conclude the case as the entire payment of PF and Pension Contributions has been paid to the complainant.

Today O.P. No.2 also appears through ld. Advocate who files vokalatnama and also files a petition stating that the payments of dues, payable to the complainant on the part of the O.Ps. has already been made by the O.Ps. and so the complainant has declared that he has no pecuniary claim against the O.Ps. and prayer is made for closing the instant case as amicable settlement by and between the parties.

Complainant also files a petition stating that he has already received payment in full from the O.Ps. and as such he has no pecuniary claim against the O.Ps. and he has no objection if the ld. Forum drops the case towards full and final satisfaction.

From the abovementioned petitions filed by the parties, it is quite evident that the complainant has received his due amount from the O.Ps. and he has no grievance against the O.Ps. further and also the complainant has made endorsement in the margin of the petition filed by the O.P. No.2 that he received payment in full and he has no objection.

As the complainant has received his dues with full and final satisfaction and there is no grievance left against the O.Ps., so we are of the opinion that the present complaint should be disposed of with full and final settlement by and between the parties amicably.

            Hence, it is

                                                            O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being 101/2018 be and the same is disposed of on full and final settlement amicably by and between the parties without  any cost.
