This is an application  filed by the complainant for seeking  sanction of pension.

 

            The opp.party has filed a statement showing the amount of pension sanctioned to the complainant and the arrears due to the complainant.   The complainant has accepted the pension and other details shown in the statement subject to realization of interest on the arrears.  Granting of interest to the complainant for the above period is only just and proper.   Therefore while recording the statement filed by the opp.party we direct the opp.party to pay interest to the complainant for the arrears at 9% per annum from 18..3.2009 till payment and deposit the amount of interest before this Forum.  No costs.
