The Complainant is found absent on call. Ld Advocate for the O.P. is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.P. submits that in spite of specific direction of this Commission the Complainant has not been filing the PPF Account details since 13.07.2023. He prays for dismisaal of the instant case. Record shows that the Complainant was found absent on call on and from 13.07.2023, 01.09.2023, 18.03.2024, 02.04.2024 and today i.e., 23.07.2024. The conduct of the Complainant shows that he is not at all interested in the case. Such being the position it may be presumed that the Complainant case has not any merit and as such the instant case is liable to be dismissed on merit. Hence, it is Ordered that the instant case No. CC/42/2020 be and the same is dismissed on merit but under the circumstances without costs. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
