            Both parties are present through their respective Ld. Advocates.

          Today the record is placed in view of the put up petition filed by the Jdr. Be it mentioned that the Jdr has intimated the Dhr that today this record will be proceed. Accordingly the Dhr is present. The Dhr by filing a petition has stated that the Jdr has complied with the order under execution in full and he has no further grievance against the Jdr. it is submitted by the Dhr that as the decreetal amount has already been paid by the Jdr, he has no objection if the instant EA is disposed of.

          Upon perusal of the petition filed by the Dhr in our view that as the Dhr has stated that his entire grievance has already been redressed by the the Jdr through making payment of the entire decreetal amount as per the order under execution,

hence we have no objection if the EA 235/2015 is disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

It is ordered that EA 235/2015 is hereby disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

          The record reveals that E/R of W/A is pending and it is fixed on 12.09.2018 as the Jdr has complied with the entire order under execution the W/A as issued already is hereby recalled.

The Office is directed to take steps in recalling the W/A by issuing letter to the appropriate Police Station immediately.

It is pertinent to mentioned that on the date fixed this record need not be placed.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
