Complaint coming up for hearing on admission, the forum deliver the following.

Complaint is alleging deficiency in service on the part of the BSNL authorities. Honourable Supreme Court in General Manager, Telecom Vs M. Krishnan and another 2009 CTJ 1062 (SC) held that the Consumer Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain telecom disputes.

In the light of the said decision, we dismiss the complaint with a direction to approach appropriate forum.
