A. Rajesh, President.
1. The case of the complainant is that his application dated 11-02-2011 for water connection had not been granted by the opposite parties for reasons not mentioned. Thus, the complainant is before us seeking direction against the opposite parties to provide the water connection.
2. During the proceedings in this Forum, the learned counsel Mr. Jeemon John appearing for the opposite parties filed a memorandum stating that the opposite parties have already granted water connection to the complainant on 22-08-2011 bearing consumer No. VGR/1117/D which conclusively meets the ends of justice of the complainant.
3. So, the grievance of the complainant has been met adequately and squarely, the proceedings in this complaint stands closed.
