The O.P. No.1 also files a petition for disposal of the case with some documents.

The complainant takes no steps. None appears on his behalf of the complainant on repeated call.

It appears from the copy of the documents submitted and submission made by the Ld. Agent/Advocate of the O.P. No.1 that the complainant has amicably settled the case with the O.P. No.1.

So, the case is to be disposed off. 

ORDER

Hence it is ordered,

                That the DF Case No.27/2014 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
