The record is put up on the strength of one application filed by the complainant’s side. Another application is filed by the complainant for shifting the date to on earlier date. Heard. Considered. Allowed.

Now the verified application of this date is filed by the complainant is taken up for hearing. In this application Complainant/Petitioner submits for withdrawal of the case as he is not willing to proceed further.

Perused the application.

It appears that the case has been compromised with the OP by the Complainant out of Court amicably. Complainant and his Ld. Advocate submits before us that at present no grievance is there from Complainant’s side over the disputed case matter. Heard. Considered and allowed.

Let, the instant case be dropped for non-prosecution and be withdrawn.

            Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 13/2019 be and the same is disposed of.
