ORDER

SRI. K. ANIRUDHAN(MEMBER) Smt. Lucy Eiyyo has filed the compalint before this Forum alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party Asst. Engineer, Electrical Puncha Section. The complaint is for a direction to the opposite parties to restore the elctric connection to the complainant's SSI unit and not to initiate any Revenue Recovery proceedings in pursuance of the notice dt. 24.11 .06 and other reliefs. On 30.7.2008, when the case was called, the complainant filed an IA No.153/2008 before this Forum requesting to withdraw the complaint in order to file a fresh petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of the KSEB. So the IA is allowed, to withdraw the complaint from this Forum, with liberty to file fresh petition before the Consumer Grievance Redressal 2 Forum of the KSEB., by the complainant for the said relief.
