Case is fixed for order. On the petition of Assistant Eng. Electric Supply subdivision chaibasa who has been shown O.P in case. On perusal of the petition date. 09/03/2022 it appears that O.P of this case has already lodged On F.I.R against complainant of this case regarding theft of Electricity and the same has been filed U/S 135 of electricity Act. Further F.I.R has been lodged on 21/01/2022, thereafter on 27/01/2022 complainant has filed instant case before this commission. Since FIR has been lodged earlier against complainant by the O.P of this case and thereafter instant complainant case has been filed, showing the grievance. So it would not be proper to allow the complainant for further proceeding in this case. So in view of above facts and circumstances complainant is stop to proceed with this case and case is dismissed. Office to consign the record in record room.
