                Today is fixed for Admission Hearing. Complainant files petition today praying for allowing him to withdraw his case since the complainant  has filed  a writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court on 25.03.2022. Considering  the submission of the Ld.Counsel Pradip Kumar Neogi, the instant prayer is allowed for ends of justice . Complainant is  at liberty to withdraw this complaint Case , as prayed for . Accordingly , this Complaint case is disposed of.
