ORDER

Respondent to remove deficiency in service by withdrawing all its bills and furnish a fresh bill by taking 0008 as a meter reading on 22.6.91 and furnish the same to the complainant. The amount that has been paid by the complainant after 22.6.91 be adjusted in the said amount and the complainant is allowed to pay the balance @ Rs. 3000/- per month till the balance is clear-up. The respondent shall pay Rs. 200/- as cost of this litigation.
