Parties file hazira. The case record is taken up for hearing of the petition dated 16/08/2019 filed by the complainant. Perused the said petition and the case record of C.C. case no.250/2016. Heard both sides. Considered.

By filing the present petition, the complainant has stated that Sri Suman Bose and Sujan Bose as named in the schedule of the petition have not made parties in this case although they are necessary parties in this case. It appears from the said petition that the proposed amendment is formal in nature and it will not change the nature and character of the case and as such the amendment petition should be allowed. Hence, it is,

that the petition dated 16/08/2019 filed by the complainant is allowed. Let Suman Bose and Sri Sujan Bose as named in the schedule of the petition be added as O.p. nos.8 & 9 in the petition of complaint.

M.A. case no.88/2019 is accordingly disposed of.
