Both parties represented.

On the prayer of learned advocate for the OP recording of the OP’s evidence is closed.

Heard argument of the learned advocate for the complainant peruse the record.

Present complaint has been filed on 07.09.2022 with a prayer to make necessary correction in the bill in electric consumption bill dated 21.04.2022 for the month of April, 2022 with a demand of Rs. 1,10250. Learned advocate for the OP has drawn my attention towards the letter dated 16.11.2022 of AEE electric supply subdivision, Jehanabad and has submitted that the necessary correction in the bill under dispute has been made and the demand of a sum of Rs. 1,10250 has been reduced to the demand of Rs. 66,626.10 till september, 2022. Copy of the same has been served to the complainant Nagendra Kumar in person in taken of which he has put his signature him. No objection or protest to the above demand has been made by the complainant as yet.

Though the learned advocate for the complainant has submitted there is connection of complainant is of category DS-1 for rural area but bill has been prepared as per the Electric connection being of category DS-2D in Urban Area but the complainant has not filed a document for collaboration of his submission as such the objection to the OP’s demand vide letter dated 16.11.2022 with demand of Rs.66,626.10/- do not find any merit hence the objection to the bill dated 21.09.2022 for the month of september, 2022 is over ruled and rejected.

 Since the pray correction to the bill dated 21.04.2022 for the month of April has already been made therefore present complaint stands allowed in the terms of bill dated 21.09.2022 for the month of september, 2022 and the present complaint needs no further order. Complainant is directed to deposite the demand as per bill dated 21.09.2022 within 60days from the date of this order.
