Case record is put up today which is fixed for order. On Perusal of the case record we find that compliant has filed this case for an award of Rs.61,355/- only including compensation towards physical and mental harassment.

After notice O.P has sent a letter to this court mentioning there in that since complainant has not cleared all of electricity so, his electricity connection was disconnected in time as soon as complainant cleared the vice versa that his electricity has been disconnected permanently. Further that this case may be disposed of in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances.

On perusal of the case record we further find that letter dated 09.03.22 issued by the O.P.

Assistant electrical engineer is attached with record which has also been seen by the learned counsel of complainant and learned counsel submitted that appropriate order may be passed in this case.

Since as per the letter of O.P mentioned above main grievance of the complainant has been readdressed and also keeping in view the submission of the learned counsel of complainant we do not think proper to further proceed this case, rather instant case is disposed of on the basis of above, mentioned facts and circumstances. Office to consign the record in record room.
