It appears that the complainant is regularly absent Since after 08.05.2024 despite repeated adjournment made on 22.05.2024, 29.05.2024, 12.07.2024 and 18.07.2024.

It appears that the complainant has lost interest in pursuing this case as he has not filed the requisites of notices even for assurance of notice to the OP after admission of the complaint as per order datd 29.05.2024. In view of the above said facts and circumstances the present complaint is dismissed for non prosecution as well as non compliance of the commission order.
