The Opposite Party has mentioned that the claimant has given imcomplete information before this Forum as there was a master copy of the video at Rs 3000 including the shooting of the video for which an advance of Rs 1000 was paid by Complainant and payment of Rs 2000 still remains to be given by the Complainant as per the cash memo. Also there was a payment of Rs 1200 by the Complainant for additional 50 copies for which cash memo is submitted. The counsel mentions that if the Complainant deposits or pays the balance amount of Rs 2000, the OP would be supplying 50 copies of video in hardcover. Accordingly, the Complainant has to pay Rs 2000 i.e the balance amount to the OP and the OP accordingly will supply the 50 copies of the CD within two days of the payment. Case disposed off.
