Complainant is absent without step. This complainat was filed and registered as C.P case No.48/2016 on 29.11.16 fixing 30.12.16 as the date for S/R & W/S. It is evident from C/R and order sheet that after filing the case on 29/11/16 the complainant obtained the certified copy of the order dtd. 29/11/16 but inspite of repeated directions the complainant did not take any step for causing service of notice on the OP till this date since then, which indicates clearly the unwillingness of the complainant to proceed with the case further.As the case is long pending unnecessarily for almost five years, this Commission thinks it feet and proper to dismiss this complaint case for default of complainant.

Hence, case is dismissed for default of complainant.
