Both the parties are represented by their appointed Advocates. The case was posted today for passing necessary order upon Petition No.110/22 filed by the complainant stating that the complainant has compromised the case with the Opposite Parties and amicably settled the case. It was also stated that the complainant does not want to proceed with the case and intend to withdraw the case on the basis of the amicable settlement made with the Opposite Parties i.e. APDCL.

Perused the petition being No.110/22 and prayer is allowed to withdraw the case on the basis of the amicable settlement made with the Opposite Parties i.e. Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd.

Hence, the Petition No.110/22 is disposed of accordingly.

Case is dropped on compromise.
