Both the parties are represented by the Ld. counsel. Complainant is also present. OP filed a petition No.361/15 admitting their technical defect and stated that the bill was prepared inadvertently in the OP. In the meantime the OPs prepared rectified bill for the month of July,2015 till 01/10/2015 i.e 92 days and prayed to pass the necessary order.

Seen the pt. Copy furnished to the complainant in reply to the above pt. another pt. No. 363/15 filed by the complainant stating that they have no objection on receiving the above rectified bill and also prayed to withdraw the case from the file. Seen both the petition. Considering the petition filed by the complainant the present case is dismissed on withdraw.

Mean while the OP submitted the original copy of the rectified bill which is allowed to receive by the complainant.
