Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.00 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Sh.Manish Seth, Business Development Manager of the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 has refunded the amount of Rs.18030/- to the complainant on 19.9.2015. On the last three dates of hearings also I.e.on 23.10.2015, 3.11.2015 and 18.11.2015, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today also, neither the complainant nor anybody on his behalf appeared. All this shows that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
