This revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution as well as merits.  On merits we had observed as under:-

          “The respondents had taken admission in the petitioner Institute, which was later found to be having no recognition by All India Council for Technical Education.  The State Commission, following a judgment of the Orissa High Court in which the High Court had directed the petitioner institute to refund the money deposited by the students to enable them to join other recognized institutes, has directed the petitioner to refund the money to the students.  The State Commission has followed the judgment of the High Court whose decisions are binding on it.”

          Order dismissing the revision petition for non-prosecution is recalled.  Counsel for the petitioner is heard.  Dismissed.
