Ld. Advocates for the Appellant and the Respondent No. 1 are present.  Mr. Abhik Kumar Das, Ld. Advocate enters appearance for the Respondent No. 3 and undertakes to file  vakalatnama on the next date.  Delay condonation petition of the Appellant is taken up for hearing.  Having heard all the sides and perusing the contents of the instant petition, the prayer for condonation of delay is allowed.  Upon hearing all the sides present and perusing the materials on record, the appeal is admitted and it be registered.  Fix 26-12-2014 for filing vakalatnama by the Respondent No. 3 and for further order.

MA No. 680/2014 is put up, and taken up for hearing.  Having heard all the sides in the mater, prayer for stay is allowed.  Accordingly, further proceeding of EA No. 118/2014 before the Ld. District Forum, Kolkata Unit II is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.  MA is, thus, disposed of.
