ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, complainant has stated that he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn. It has been further stated by complainant that he will not file any fresh complaint in the subject matter. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
