This revision petition questions an order passed by Mumbai Suburban District Forum on 25/03/2013 rejecting the complainant/petitioner’s applications dated 12/08/2011. We have heard the revision petitioner/complainant in person and authorized representative of the respondents.  By consent orders passed on petitioner’s two applications dated 12/08/2011 decided on 25/03/2013 are set aside.  Application for getting an expert opinion in respect of x’ray dated 25/12/2006 is allowed and the complainant would be entitled to get an expert opinion and file it on the record of the forum.  Application for getting qualification of six doctors mentioned in the application dated 12/08/2011 is allowed and learned representative of the respondents states that necessary information as may be available with the respondents will be furnished to the forum on the next date of hearing. Both the parties agree that no further adjournment would be sought and no more applications would be made in the matter and after expert opinion about x’ray and information about qualification of six doctors is furnished to the forum, both will argue the matter finally before the forum.  Pursis of the petitioner is taken on record.  Revision petitions stands disposed of accordingly.
