                     OP No.2 already ex parte vide order dated 25.02.2020.

 

                    Today the case is fixed for arguments. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint and thus, he withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant.

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
