                Power of attorney filed by JD No. 3. File taken up today on the application filed by Ld. Counsel for JD No. 3. Decree holder Sh. Dalbir Singh made a statement that he received a demand draft No. 895584 dated 25.08.2023 drawn on HDFC Bank amounting to Rs.28939/- from JD No. 3. So he does not want to proceed with the present execution petition further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                In view of the statement of decree holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record room after due compliance. Bailable warrants issued against JD No. 3 i.e. Asian Paints be recalled.
