ORDER

          At this stage, Sh.Sunil Sharma, Senior Executive of OPs, vide his separate statement, has stated that he has paid an amount of Rs.10,000/- in cash to complainant No.2 towards full and final settlement of the case and undertook that in future all the facilities will be provided to the complainants as per Time Share Agreement and as such the complaint be disposed of accordingly.

          Sh.Vikrant Duggal, Complainant No.2 in person also appearing for complainant No.1, vide his separate statement, has  admitted the statement of Sh. Sunil Sharma, Senior Executive of  OPs and withdraws the complaint being fully satisfied.

          In view of the above, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, the parties shall remain bound by their undertakings made today.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
