None present for the Petitioner even at the second call. Notice was sent to Complainant/petitioner for 16.3.2010 on 4.1.2010 by Regd. AD to rectify defects but the defects were not removed in spite of the fact that the petitioner was served with the said notice. Notice was once again sent by Regd. AD on 15.7.2010 to the Petitioner to rectify defects. The Petitioner has been served and the acknowledgement due is kept in Part-II file. The defects have not been removed nor the Petitioner has appeared in the Commission. Even neither copy of the order of the District Forum nor copy of the complaint before the District Forum have been filed. In view of this, the revision petition is hereby dismissed for non prosecution with no order as to costs.
