ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand draft for a sum of Rs.7,500/- to respondent no. 1 in terms of order dated 3rd February 2014 passed by this Commission. Heard. Learned counsel for respondent no. 1/ complainant states that there is no objection if the impugned order passed by the State Commission against the petitioner is set aside, subject to payment of cost and the matter be remanded back to the State Commission. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for respondent no. 1/ complainant, the impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside, subject to payment of cost of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only). The petitioner is directed to file the written statement as well as evidence by way of affidavit within six weeks from today before the State Commission, with copy to respondent no. 1. Cost be paid by the petitioner to respondent no. 1 within four weeks. As agreed, the said cheque shall be handed over by the petitioner/ its counsel to the counsel for respondent no. 1 in his chamber, address of which will be furnished by the counsel for respondent no. 1 to the petitioner, within two weeks. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for respondent no. 1 that the matter is listed before the State Commission for final hearing on 15.07.2014. With above observations, the revision petition stand disposed of. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on the next date of hearing on 15.07.2014, the date already fixed. Dasti to all the parties.
